1 cup (145g) strawberries, frozen
2 tbsp. rolled oats
2 scoops (50g) vanilla protein
powder
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 1⁄2 cups (360ml) almond milk,
unsweetened

and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
